 General Details

• Each item is hand tailored, we do not use factories, only hand tailoring which our customers love – a great selling point for your customers too
• Sustainable slow-fashion only producing to meet order requirements with no wastage
• Our minimum order quantity is just 4 styles
• Pack size is 4 pieces – your choice of sizes (You can order 4, 6, 9, 12 etc depending on what you need)
• Sizes are true to size – we make clothes to flatter normal sized woman – so along the lines of Next or M&S sizing
• Each piece retails from £80 – £145 (Occasion wear up to £195)
• Our retail mark up is 2.8 – 3%
• Fabric content – We offer prints/ colours in 6 types of fabric:
  • Cotton
  • Pleated (Viscose)
  • Crepe (Viscose cotton mix)
  • Chiffon (option to be lined)
  • Satin
  • Viscose with a little elastene for slight stretch
• Any of our styles can come in any of our fabrics you choose

(note we cannot switch fabric content with fabric print ie Mint Kisses is only available in Crepe, not rayon as we design them to look the best in the chosen fabrics to make sure they work)

No photos we use are EVER re-touched as our clothes are made for real women and we do not ever retouch.

Which are the Best Selling styles

• The Wrap Dress (maxi is best, but midi is also really popular as it’s hard for customers to find and the new Perfect Little Wrap Dress is a cuter style for younger customers or for evening out/ with boots & tights for year round)
• The Tiered Dress – Easy for all seasons with flattering cut and longer sleeve. No brainer dress with button on the chest & pockets
• The Pixie Dress – A new addition for 2023 which has sold amazingly well so far, fitted and easy to wear with gorgeous sleeves and open V back detail, with pockets of course!
• The Helen Dress – A stable best seller with elastic waist, pockets and button detail always sells out. Available in Maxi or Short lengths
• The Marina Dress – The new season’s take on the popular Zara Dress. Zip up the back for a flattering shape, pockets, and a beautiful shape
• The Shirt Dresses (Riviera & original) – These have always sold very well for our stockists so we have added new styles to the collection for this season offering a maxi & midi length
• NEW Dream Dress, Brighton Maxi, The Kensington, The Picnic Dress, Barcelona Dress, Bordeaux Dress are selling so well so far

Delivery

• Choose your preferred date to suit you
• You can order in season (short order) or forward order (long order)
• Delivery takes around 2 weeks to be with you from the day you confirm your order
• We work on a pro forma invoicing where you pay 30% to confirm & secure your order, then we make your selection, let you know once it’s ready then the final 70% is due and it’s shipped the same day
• If you would like the order to be sent asap, then we take full payment & ship at once
• Shipping is free
• Company policy is payment 30/70 as each item is bespoke made for you, there are no factories so there is no risk for you or us. As we are overseas so we have always kept things this way to avoid any issues

Do you have a UK Showroom

• We do not have one at the moment but we have exhibited at Moda & Harrogate. We attend Pure in London for the last 6 years, both season shows
• We offer video buying appointments on Zoom so we can talk you through the styles/ quality/ show you the fits and fabrics and help you pull together how your order will look. It works well.
• We add to our Instagram all new styles & best sellers too so it’s easy to keep up to date
• We also have videos & photos of every product

Always available range

Over the years, our stockists have chosen from our best sellers and often choose to re-order from previous season styles. Whenever these styles are available, we can make them as per your request. This broadens your selection greatly.
